step 1. Pre-Construction Meeting
Before construction begins, you are guided through the entire building process, starting with a meeting to introduce the construction timetable, verify optional features you have selected and to answer any questions.
step 2. Pre-electrical walk thru Guided tour that allows you to inspect the inner workings of your home, view its quality components, and ask questions.
step 3. Pre-closing orientation You will be provided a room-by-room tour to demonstrate the quality features and operating procedures for all aspects of your home, as well as explain our service procedures.
